• Smoking:
  R.P. Fedder Industrial is concerned about the effect that smoking and secondhand smoke inhalation can have on its
  employees and clients. Smoking in the office, loading dock, customer accessible areas, company vehicles and restrooms is
  prohibited. For nonexempt employees, smoking is allowed only on authorized breaks. For exempt employees, since break time is not prescribed, smoke breaks should not take more time away from their work duties than a nonexempt employee would get.
  Violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
